How much does a small business website cost?+
Our small business website is a flat £599. That includes design and build, a homepage, services and contact sections, an optional gallery, 12 months of hosting and up to 10 edits in the first year. There are no hourly rates, monthly retainers or hidden upsells.
How long does it take to build my website?+
Most small business websites are designed, built and live within 7 to 14 days. You don't need to write a thing or hunt down photos — we design the whole website for you to make the process as easy as possible for a busy small business owner. You can of course add, remove or tweak anything you like, and nothing is published until you're fully happy with the finished design.
Do you build websites for businesses outside East Sussex?+
Yes. We're based in East Sussex, UK and work with small businesses across Eastbourne, Hailsham, Lewes, Hastings, Bexhill, Brighton, Heathfield, Uckfield, Polegate, Seaford and the whole of the South East — as well as customers anywhere in the UK and worldwide. Everything is done remotely by phone, email and video.
Is hosting and a domain name included?+
12 months of fast, secure hosting and an SSL certificate are included in the £599 fee. Your domain name (for example yourbusiness.co.uk) is bought separately from a domain registrar such as GoDaddy, Namecheap or 123-Reg — usually £10–£15 per year. We connect it to your new site at no extra cost.
Will my website be found on Google?+
Yes — every site we build is search-engine optimised from the ground up: clean code, mobile-first design, fast loading, structured data, meta titles and descriptions, an XML sitemap and Google-friendly URLs. We also write your page copy around the keywords your customers actually search for.
What happens after the first 12 months?+
Hosting renews at a simple flat rate (we'll let you know in plenty of time and there's no obligation). If you'd like extra edits, redesigns or new pages, just get in touch — we'll quote a small fixed fee with no surprises.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?+
Absolutely. Every website is mobile-first responsive, meaning it looks and works beautifully on every phone, tablet and desktop. Most small business customers visit from a phone, so this is non-negotiable.
